Round 5 Grant Support

The Kinglake Ranges Foundation is pleased to support the following Projects in Round 5;

Toolangi Sculpture Trail 2016 extending on creative initiatives since 2009 through a program of art and environmental events, & the redevelopment of the sculpture trail, creating a much needed permanent space for community connection, & personal & private reflection. $20,000

Toolangi and District Community House “Community Fitness “Project will help a very active group continue to achieve better health outcomes over the next 12 months. $14,375

St. Peter’s Anglican Church “Bushfire Memorial Windows “will provide a permanent memorial and reminder of the fires and their effect on the Kinglake Ranges Communities. $6,000

Flowerdale Community House “Playgroup Foundations” Project safety fencing and equipment along with programs to engage families and children at the Community House. $10,000

Kinglake Ranges Neighbourhood House “Ranges Community Makerspace” Project will assist in the completion of a Wet and Dry space where people will engage and further develop their recovery through the arts and social connection. $26,000

St. Peter’s Anglican Church “Community Healing Arts” Project is an arts and events program that will promote post traumatic growth and train leaders in a Peer Support Model. $15,000

Foggy Mountain Inc. “Foggy Mountain Bluegrass Festival” will be supported in its third year to provide engagement with schools in the Ranges through song writing workshops towards presenting a community concert during the Festival. $22,300

Kinglake West Uniting Church “Feeding the Many Needs” Project funding will allow the creation of an Access for All pathway and the purchase of some equipment to assist those attending the Friday night community meals and foodshare program. $5,300
